Program Manager (PC) – Children's Residential Program 
Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA
Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Program Manager (PM) in our residential program, you’ll provide strong and reliable leadership to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.

What You'll Do
•    Through strong and reliable leadership, provide training and monitoring to residential staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans and IEPs as well as completion of necessary documentation. 
•    Oversee daily group home operations such as budget management, staffing, adherence to weekly schedule, coordination of community outings, grocery shopping, and more.
•    Ensure that QI/QA procedures are adhered to, working directly in ratio with students, and maintain environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment.
•    Attend and participate in clinical meetings, PM meetings, and run monthly house staff meetings and develop meeting agendas.
•    Participate in PM on-call rotation covering with the assistant manager on-call through a rotating schedule

What You Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
•    Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
•    Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
•    2+ years experience supporting children or individuals with special needs required.
•    Previous supervisory experience required as well as with implementing crisis intervention procedures.
•    The capacity to provide strong supervisory and leadership skills while supporting and guiding your team with empathy, patience, and respect.
•    Demonstrated experience with budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
•    Experience in Human Services and with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus.
