Job description

We areseekinga strategic and execution-oriented Curriculum (Customer Education) Certification Program Managerto lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of our customer certification program. This role willownthe certification function within the Customer Education organization, with responsibility for program strategy, credentialand examdesign, quality standards, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience building certification or credentialing programs thatvalidateproductproficiency, enhance learner experience, and accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value. This person will also design curriculum and assessments for certification and non-certification learning experiences across both instructor-led training (ILT) and digital modalities.

About the Role

In the role of Curriculum (Customer Education) Certification Program Manager, you will:

  • Set certification program strategy and roadmap; build the operating model, systems, and processes needed to launch and scale.

  • Design andmaintaincredential frameworks, exam blueprints, and assessmentstrategiesto measure job-relevant productproficiency.

  • Establish governance for exam quality, validity, and test security; define standards and maintenance cycles to protect program credibility.

  • Develop (or guide development of) certification-aligned learning paths, curriculum, and assessments across delivery modalities.

  • Partner with product, marketing, customer success, and support SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment to business priorities.

  • Define success metrics and reporting; use performance data and learner feedback to continuously improve the program and learner experience.

  • Ensure the program drives customer outcomes, including adoption,proficiency, and reduced time-to-value.

About You:

You are a fit for the role of Curriculum (Customer Education) Certification Program Manager if you have:

  • Past experiencedesigning and launching certification, credentialing, or assessment programs (ideally in a SaaSor technology setting).

  • Hands-on experience with exam and assessment development (e.g., writing/review, scoring models) and supporting learning paths/curriculum.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them across delivery modalities (instructor-led, virtual, and digital/self-paced).

  • Proven ability to partner with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to produceaccurate, job-relevant content.

  • Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs and reporting on learning/certification performance to drive improvements.

  • Excellent program management skills (planning, prioritization, stakeholder management) with the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adaptability and comfortoperatingin a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling product certification programs for customers, partners, or external audiences.

  • Familiarity with credentialing, badging, LMS, assessment, or exam delivery platforms.

  • Knowledge of exam validity, item writing, test security, and credentialing best practices.

  • Experience using certification and learning data to influence program strategy and business outcomes.

  • Legal industry experience isa strong differentiator
