Job Summary

The Program Manager / Product Delivery Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for contract execution, product delivery, customer engagement, and overall program governance. This role ensures the successful delivery of Program-Specific Direct Payment and Compliance Systems services aligned with DOJ/OJP objectives. The manager leads Agile product delivery across multiple application portfolios and oversees staffing and transition activities to meet technical, schedule, quality, and performance goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all contract operations and performance.
  • Lead Agile product delivery across multiple application portfolios.
  • Oversee product roadmaps, release planning, and backlog management.
  • Conduct executive status reviews and monthly performance meetings.
  • Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Ensure achievement of technical, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
  • Serve as primary interface to Government leadership and stakeholders.
