We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Program Manager to help drive strategic business initiatives that support OCI's continued growth. This role will partner across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership to coordinate high-impact programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities.
As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs that support OCI's strategic priorities, including expanding the adoption of AI-enabled business capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and driving initiatives that strengthen OCI's networking and storage businesses.
Rather than owning technical implementation, you will focus on bringing together diverse stakeholders, establishing governance, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring organizational alignment across multiple teams. You will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while providing leadership with the visibility and insights needed to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with OCI business objectives.
  • Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, governance models, and success metrics.
  • Partner with business, engineering, product, finance, and operations teams to coordinate execution across multiple organizations.
  • Drive program governance through regular business reviews, executive status updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting that provide visibility into program health and business outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep programs on track.
  • Establish scalable program management processes, documentation standards, and operational best practices.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and executive reviews to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Analyze business performance and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency and improve program execution.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related business discipline.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and program reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or comparable program management certification.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change management.
  • Experience establishing governance models, business processes, and scalable program management frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and business operations.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies or enterprise software organizations is beneficial but not required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $64,400 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
