Job Description:

We are seeking a HPE Certification Program Lifecycle Manager to support our office.

Responsibilities:

Certification Strategy, Governance & Product Alignment

  • Act as a senior subject matter expert and primary liaison for certification compliance with defined HPE product release guidelines.
  • Consult with Product Management to validate certification logic, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment with product strategy and lifecycle milestones.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate downstream impacts of product, policy, or system changes on certification programs, operations, and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on certification policies, governance models, and implementation of best practices.
  • Participate in enterprise and cross functional initiatives as a trusted consultant, including derivative works and new certification models.

Certification Lifecycle Ownership:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of certifications, exams, courses, curricula, and recertification paths.
  • Lead and project manage complex lifecycle initiatives, including the Certification Expiration Project and annual expiration processes.
  • Provide strategic oversight and execution support for Career, Product, and Advanced Product recertification programs.
  • Investigate complex or ambiguous issues affecting Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE) business practices, such as MTM alignment, inactive or obsolete policies, retiring courses, Saba configuration impacts, and E T E process gaps.
  • Develop and recommend solutions that balance business needs, customer experience, and operational feasibility.

Product Release Enablement & Communications:

  • Provide expert support for end-to-end product processes to ensure certification readiness for new and updated product releases.
  • Develop and influence certification checkpoint materials and release readiness deliverables.
  • Partner with Marketing to support certification related release communications, including marketing newsletters and launch messaging.
  • Provide authoritative content input to HPE.com for certification launches, updates, and status changes.
  • Lead stakeholder communication cadence through biweekly regional calls, Product Management updates, and Release Management logs.

Systems, Data & Operational Leadership:

  • Serve as functional owner for certification setup and data configuration within MDB (Master Data Base).
  • Provide expert input to Operations for Life Cycle setup and execution, ensuring certification accuracy and operational readiness.
  • Provide application-level support and guidance for MDB functionality, data structures, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver Level 2 certification support, handling complex escalations, root cause analysis, and cross team resolution.
  • Influence system enhancement priorities and support migration to new systems of record for the C&L organization.

Program Execution & Integration Support:

  • Independently lead and support multi stream initiatives such as customer experience programs, process improvements, and certification modernization efforts.
  • Support company integrations and acquisitions by defining certification alignment approaches and ensuring portfolio consistency.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, proactively driving resolution across organizational boundaries.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 8-10+ years of experience in certification management, learning and development operations, program management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience managing complex global programs and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertlevel knowledge of professional certification programs, credentialing lifecycle management, and learning ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Deep experience with systems of record and learning platforms (e.g., MDB, Saba or comparable LMS environments).
  • Advanced analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills applied to ambiguous or highimpact scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a matrixed environment.
