Job Description

We have identified an opportunity for aย Productionย Intakeย Programย Managerย to join usย to support one of ourย largest globalย pharmaย clients.ย ย 

This role primarily focuses onproject management, withย someย client accountย management.ย The position supports client relationships through regular communicationย viaย Adobe Workfrontย and coordination whileย overseeingย project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.ย 

The role will report into theย Director of Project Managementย and worksย together withย theย regional service layer, onsite teams and origination/adaptation hubs to supportย ourย client acrossย multipleย brands delivering on their creative production needs.ย 

This is aย critical and high-volumeย role that will require theย Productionย Intakeย Programย Managerย to have strongย creativeย productionย delivery experience,ย with aย USย pharma industryย backgroundย acrossย TVC shoots, post-production, digital,ย printย and social content creation.ย 

Strong knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding of key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential.

ย ย Responsibilities

Theย Productionย Intake Program Manager will be responsible for:ย 

  • Oversightย andย routing ofย all local/regional production work for the Categories/Brandsย they areย assigned toย 

  • Serve as production pointย of contact for Brand teams & agencies (Creative &ย Media), ensuringย needs are addressedย 

  • Serve as internal point of contact on all regional-basedย productionย work, supported byย PM's/Producers who will manage the day-to-day delivery of workย 

  • Serve as production escalation point for all regional workย 

  • Work closely with production teams in the respective region for all global workย and local workย 

Qualifications

The Production Intake Program Manager will be responsible for a specific therapeutic area, and should possess the following:ย ย 

  • Up to 8 years of agency Account Management and/or Project Management in a creative or production agency environment.ย 

  • Expertise in Healthcare/Pharma advertising/marketing production, at least 1 yearย 

  • Knowledgeย and understandingย of regulatory process and/or Veevaย PromoMatsย 

  • Strong communications skills - both written and verbalย 

  • Proficiency withย Adobe Workfront andย Microsoft Office toolsย 

  • Experience inย managing/producing omnichannel marketing tacticsย 

Additional InformationTransparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.ย ย ย
