Job description

Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Executive Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the Executive Shared Services Center management team with administrative duties as assigned.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform complex administrative duties including responding for executive when he/she is unavailable, composing correspondence, and coordinating resources across SSC.
  • Handle various administrative details with initiative and good judgment.
  • Provide general administrative support including typing, answering multiple phone lines, indexing and filing documents, and making copies
  • Answer inquiries and/or refer callers/visitors to appropriate person/department.
  • Gather information and develop summaries as requested.
  • Develop and implement office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records and systems.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Four to five years of administrative experience is required. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement.
