  • Build foundational knowledge of forestindustry operations, product flow, and customer program management.

What You Bring

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
Bachelor Commerce graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Interest or experience in the forest products, building materials, or manufacturing sectors—through internships, coops, summer roles, or coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data; experience with Excel (pivot tables, forecasting, scenario analysis) is an asset.
  • Curiosity about how products move through an organization and how customer programs are structured and supported.
  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence presenting in group settings.
  • A detailoriented mindset with the ability to manage weekly and monthly program tasks accurately.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in leadership, mentoring, student clubs, athletics, or community involvement.
  • Additional language skills (Spanish or French) are an asset.

Why This Role Is Ideal for New Grads

  • You’ll gain exposure to multiple functions—Sales, Logistics, Analytics, Product Management—building a strong foundation for future advancement.
  • You’ll be supported by leaders who invest in developing earlycareer talent.
  • You’ll work in a fastpaced environment where your ideas and initiative are valued.
  • You’ll have a clear path to grow into roles in program management, operations, analytics, or commercial functions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity. The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 - $83,000, may vary depending on education, and relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits: including medical, dental, and vision coverage, pension and saving plans, life, disability, and accident insurance, vacation time, paid holidays and additional benefits to support your well-being.
