Job Title: Program Manager - III

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $(77.00 - 84.00)/hr on W2 all-inlcusive without benefits

Duration: 07 months


Job Description:

· Supports the business group by providing senior-level business support, including inventory, sales, and buyback management of our uniform and gear programs.

· Work closely with our vendors, holding them accountable to deadlines and contract requirements to meet quality standards and Company requirements. Manage the development and implementation process of uniform program and quarterly launches. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support customer experience opportunities and eliminate pain points.

· Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree

· 4-7 years: Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.


Main Responsibilities:

· Develops project plans, schedules and provides budget oversight for Consumer Group uniform program. Leads prepation, launch, and sustainability of quarterly uniform program.

· Develops and implements process controls to manage inventory and minimizes potential buybacks annually.

· Manages contracts and vendors. Acts as a liaison between Management and vendor/partners on contract development, execution and vendor management.

· Creates and manages process for monitoring inventory, sales, and potential buyback to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of uniform programs, while supporting our in-store brand experiences.

· Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices. Manages change within the programs and evaluates risks and assesses potential impacts on program delivery.

· Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
