Become an integral part of a diverse team, implementing long-term Network Execution solutions that enable our Hub Delivery Partners to deliver faster and more efficiently. The Hub Delivery Partner Program is growing in the US while planning for global reach, and we are ready to build our Hub Delivery Network Execution Team! We strive to be a main contributor to satisfying delivery partner success.
Hub Delivery Partners are small business owners who can be in distant rural regions, densely populated urban neighborhoods or anywhere in between. They are valued Last Mile contributors who improve the delivery experience for our customers and create a flexible, customer obsessed delivery network.
Key job responsibilities
-A qualified candidate will be responsible for configurating logistical, jurisdiction, developmental, operational systems and more.
-Develop or modify Configuration plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system.
-Use or recommend automated Configuration tools to implement policies and procedures.
-Understand and effectively communicate standard work and best practices.
-Utilize data to report on configuration success and identify opportunities to improve resources and processes.
-Build partnerships across corporate and global stakeholders to ensure long-term scalability and adaptability.
-Develop and deploy actions based upon feedback to improve effectiveness.
-Support and facilitate auditing and reporting processes.
-Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.
-Partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve urgent matters and escalations, removing barriers for learners.
-Contribute to the strategy of the global Hub Delivery Partner Program.
About the team
The Hub Delivery program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural, urban and global delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! (from dense urban centers to super rural!)
We are building the Hub Delivery network in North America while planning for global reach!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
