As a TPM, you will oversee program planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution governance while leveraging cloud, Agile, and DevOps practices. You will translate business needs into structured program roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex modernization and cloud transformation programs. This role is highly visible across business units and involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle-from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
As a TPM, you will collaborate with multiple engineering teams across domains, manage competing priorities, and proactively handle risks while aligning business objectives with technical constraints.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management across cross-functional teams
  • 4+ years of experience leading cloud transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs from concept to completion
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Strong analytical experience with ability to define and track KPIs and performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
  • Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and budgeting
  • Lead large-scale cloud modernization and transformation initiatives
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
  • Ensure delivery meets quality, security, and compliance standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead programs involving multiple teams across business units
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve technical and programmatic conflicts
  • Provide escalation management and decision support
Strategic & Analytical Execution
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and KPIs
  • Develop and track metrics such as cost savings, efficiency, and velocity
  • Support long-term technical strategy and capability roadmaps
  • Balance tactical execution with strategic direction
Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead matrixed teams without direct authority

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $98,497 to $233,248

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
