Currently, we are seeking a Program Manager to join our team.

Recovery Place is a substance abuse and behavioral health treatment facility providing group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, medication management, aftercare, and 12-step recovery programs. Currently we are seeking to fill the position of Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager works within the program’s team model, establishing open communication, developing sound clinical decisions, and possessing a strong comprehension of agency services and programs. S/he oversees the treatment services and supervises all counselors in the department.

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for helping people. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or Public Health with five years of experience in the field.

Licensure and/or certification as a CAC II, CADC II, or LMSW, LPC, LCSW is preferred. This position may require the candidate to work evening or weekend hours to meet the needs of the business. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
