AI Delivery Manager

LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA
DESCRIPTION:
The AI Delivery Leader is accountable for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions, from ideation through deployment, partnering with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and data scientists to prioritize use cases, manage delivery execution, and ensure AI solutions are aligned to business objectives and governance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, automation, agent, advanced analytics, and Copilot-enabled initiatives from ideation through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Establish and manage the AI delivery roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across business stakeholders, internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party providers.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, usable, secure, supportable, and operationally sustainable.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable AI opportunities with clear outcomes
  • Oversee the delivery of AI solutions, including predictive analytics, generative AI, Copilot capabilities, AI agents, machine learning models, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Establish repeatable delivery practices for AI intake, estimation, planning, backlog management, testing, deployment, release management, and continuous improvement.
  • Build reusable delivery playbooks, templates, acceptance criteria, and governance checkpoints to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Support sustainable ownership models, including handoff to product, operations, support, and business process owners.
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure AI initiatives comply with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, architecture, data governance, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive sustainable operational ownership and support models.
  • Lead, coach, prioritize, and guide AI delivery resources, contractors, and implementation partners to ensure clear expectations, accountability, collaboration, and delivery quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • 7+ years of experience leading technology, data, analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives across the full solution lifecycle.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and complex programs involving business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Proven experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, agents, intelligent automation, Copilot, or digital solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Strong program, portfolio, and project management capabilities, including roadmap planning, prioritization, dependency management, budget tracking, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics and align diverse stakeholders around decisions and outcomes.
  • Experience with AI and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Ability to gather requirements, define scope, estimate work, manage plans, and coordinate AI projects or workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of the AI solution lifecycle, including use case evaluation, data readiness, design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring, support, enhancement, and retirement.
  • Experience leading Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder demonstrations.
  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, model risk, and compliance considerations in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve delivery, data quality, adoption, model performance, process, and operational challenges.

Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and AI agents.
  • Experience with enterprise data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or similar capabilities.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs or building AI delivery operating models.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, security, and compliance considerations.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
