Job description

Client is looking for Program Director for a Behavioral Health population. Previous experience with behavioral or mental health populations is required.
Looking for strong counseling or Social Work experience for a least 5 years. Managing a team of 15-20 on a Daily basis.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • A master's degree or further advanced degree in counseling or one of the social sciences from an accredited college or university required.
  • Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and licensed in their field.
  • Five years' experience as a qualified counselor as defined in WAC 388-805, or its successor.
  • Have a minimum of one-year clinical supervisory experience.
  • Ability to meet the licensing requirements of a Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State (SUDP) consistent with WAC 388-805 and RCW 18.205, preferred.
  • Previous documented experience working with an understanding of statistical methods, managing budgets, supervision of personnel and program management
  • Required to be a registered as a Mental Health Professional in the state if WA.
