Job description

Job Summary:

They are seeking a Transformation Program Associate to join the Corporate Transformation Team, where the role involves designing AI-powered solutions, collaborating with executive leadership, and driving innovation in business processes.
Responsibilities:
• AI Innovation: Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions to solve real business challenges—think automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision support.
• Rapid Experimentation: Work in short cycles to test, iterate, and scale new ideas. Failure is learning; speed and creativity are valued.
• CEO/CoS Projects: Collaborate directly with the Office of the CEO on high-priority transformation initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, IT, and operations teams to understand pain points and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends, share insights, and help shape the company’s transformation roadmap.
• Autonomous Teamwork: Operate in a small, agile group with direct access to executive sponsors, reporting directly to the Head of the Office of the CEO. Minimal bureaucracy, maximum creativity.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply).
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Passion for technology and a drive to make a big impact.
Preferred:
• Internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools.
