You as a Superintendent will:

  • Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned

  • Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff

  • Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely

  • Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.

  • Direct the overall construction program of the project

  • Ensure project is meeting construction schedule

  • Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site

Is this the right role for you?

  • A minimum of 10 years heavy civil, underground, earthworks construction experience is required with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Superintendent role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Proprietary Software

  • A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date

  • Projects are located with the Fort Saskatchewan region
