Job description

Capco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the deployment planning and execution of a major Cards product launch and portfolio conversion initiative. This newly created role will oversee end-to-end deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery across product launch, platform conversion, and production implementation.

Working across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams, you will own the integrated deployment strategy, coordinate complex conversion activities, manage delivery risks, and ensure operational readiness through every phase of implementation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead deployment planning and execution for a major card product launch and portfolio conversion, ensuring successful migration from the existing TSYS platform to the target TSYS platform.
  • Own the integrated deployment plan, coordinating workstream runbooks, cutover activities, dependencies, readiness assessments, and execution across internal teams and external vendor partners.
  • Plan and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, production cutovers, and operational readiness activities to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Coordinate production product launch activities, including pilot execution, customer rollout, and deployment of new product features on the target platform.
  • Drive deployment governance, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications throughout production implementation and conversion delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale deployment, conversion, or transformation programmes within banking, cards, or payments.
  • Proven expertise delivering complex platform migrations, product launches, cutover planning, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cards processing platforms, deployment governance, release management, and production implementation practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating business, technology, operations, and third-party vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage programme risks, executive reporting, issue resolution, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Experience delivering TSYS platform implementations or large-scale cards portfolio conversions.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, card issuing, and digital banking products.
  • Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid programme delivery methodologies.
