Job description

We are looking for a Program Director with proven track records in providing outstanding customer service and in motivating others to achieve objectives. Proven ability to create, lead and implement ERP solutions using innovative solutions to achieve targeted results.

The candidate require to have excellent communication and organization skills combined with goal orientation, understanding of core ERP processes, preferable previous functional/technical experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform.

As a Program Director, you will oversee and execute the global rollout ERP program end to end. You will lead 50-100 colleagues on the day to day program basis, own the success of the program and report out to the key client stakeholders.

Key qualifications:

  • Experience leading/governing global multi-country ERP implementation and/or rollout programs
  • Experience managing key business and technical CxO and CxO-1 stakeholders
  • Experience leading 50-100 people project teams
  • Experience overseeing architecture, configurations, data migration, integration and adoption work
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - functional/technical understanding
  • Services industry experience is an advantage
  • Hands on experience with architecture, best practice adoption across functional and technical streams is an advantage
  • Change Management and Adoption experience on global rollouts is an advantage
