Job Description

Location: Central Office

Certification: Background in educational technology either in the workplace or from an accredited institution. Possible industry certifications (e.g., A+, IC3, etc.)

Reports to: Director of Technology

Length of Contract: 235 Days

Main Job Functions: Assist the Director of Technology to organize, direct, and oversee education and information technology activities.

Illustrative Duties
  • Acts as a district authority on education technology issues.
  • Coordinates the implementation of the districtโ€™s technology plan.
  • Works collaboratively with central office and school-based personnel to use and integrate educational technology in the instructional program.
  • Assist end users in use and upkeep of technology equipment.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
