Overview
The Program Analyst provides cost estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters of the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology for the US Army.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects
โ€ข Use data sources to identify programmatic needs
โ€ข Participate in strategic planning concerning program development
โ€ข Perform program assessments to ensure programmatic goals are well documented
โ€ข Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure adherence to protocols
โ€ข Perform risk analyses to identify and resolve critical path issues
โ€ข Coordinate and organize staff materials for briefings and presentations at the CPE level
โ€ข Support program managers through analytical support, acquisition knowledge for unclassified programs, including assisting with the creation, revisions, and routing of programmatic documents
โ€ข Work in a cross-functional team that delivers high-quality outputs on time
โ€ข Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation
โ€ข Prepare summaries from meetings for CPE-wide distribution
โ€ข Maintain responsibility for supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, such as gathering responses from information requests, quality control/configuration control of documents, formatting, and ensuring all aspects follow agency guidelines
โ€ข Be an expert in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
โ€ข Create professional slides from scratch, understanding the basic design elements of composition, color, and balance.
Qualifications
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree- Math, Engineering, Business, or Sciences
โ€ข A minimum of 5 years in cost analysis and technical management
โ€ข DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management or equivalent
โ€ข Knowledgeable with Department of Defense acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1, etc.).
โ€ข Understanding of and adherence to the DoDI 5000.02, acquisition streamlining initiatives, and analysis of performance indicating metrics.
โ€ข Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $125K-$150K
The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
