Description

Position: Project Management Analyst

Location: Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE)

Work Environment: Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized. Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)

Clearance Required: TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)

Status: Full-Time

Salary Range: $95,000 - $108,000

Knowesis is seeking two (2) Project Management Analyst to support the execution of specified PHCoE strategic initiatives. This role tracks project milestones, monitors constraints, and assists in ensuring projects are delivered on time and effectively.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide professional project management support to specified PHCoE strategic initiatives and higher-level projects.
  • Monitor and manage specified project objectives, constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality), and project risk.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates through project audits.
  • Assist in the development of systems and maintenance of records that facilitate monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of all Center projects.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or project analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CAPM or PMP certification.
  • Experience utilizing PMBok methodologies in a federal or healthcare environment.
