Job description

Dealership:
L0238 Driveway Finance Corporation
DFC Title Administrator I
The DFC Title Administrator I is responsible for all aspects of missing and incoming titles, and title maintenance, as it pertains to Driveway Finance Corporation.
The DFC Title Administrator I reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor funded loans and communicate with Lithia dealerships to obtain status updates on outstanding titles
  • Actively proof seek lien perfection and secure vehicle titles
  • Maintain positive and professional communications with customers, DMV, and dealership personnel
  • Accurately log and process all incoming electronic and paper titles
  • File paper titles correctly in fire safes
  • Communicate title errors to dealership and coordinate correction of title
  • Work with state DMVs to obtain replacements for lost or damaged titles
  • Fulfill requests for title copy and assist customers in state-to-state title transfer process
  • Accurately document all actions and communications pertaining to the vehicle title in loan management system
  • Title audits, projects, and other duties as assigned
