Benefits to You
- We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees, including mental health coverage.
- The hourly equivalent for this position is $38.69 - $60.02, and the annual salary for this position is $80,467 - $124,833.
- 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 3 personal business days, separate sick and vacation paid leaves (prorated for part-time employees), and other employee benefits such as optional insurances and flexible spending plans.
- OJD will pay you a 5% allowance for bilingual skills (includes ASL) if you can pass a skills test and are assigned to use those skills on the job.

Position Highlights
The Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene, Oregon, is hiring a Family Law Program Coordinator (Program Coordinator).
In this role...
You will oversee and monitor the Family Court Assistance Office (FCAO), Lane County's family law self-help program, ensuring its success by monitoring daily workflow, tasks and projects and providing status and data reports to management. You will be the subject matter expert who further develops the program and can explain policies, procedures, and standards adopted by the court. You will work closely with management, judges, and community partners to identify and resolve self-represented litigant issues. You will help and support Court Facilitators with court supplementary local rules, forms and instructions, and documents filed in court.
Provide recommendations and feedback on program efficiencies. Assist with reviewing and updating topics on the website related to FCAO. Review documents for statutorily required notices, payment of court filing fees, and completion of mandatory parenting classes. Use case management and scheduling systems to accurately enter information.
Train new and existing family court team members and judicial clerks and oversee work for accuracy and efficiency. Staff the Lane County Family Law Advisory Committee by setting up meetings, sending invites and reminders, and preparing meeting minutes.
Assist the Program Manager for the Greater Oregon Facilitation Initiative (GOFI) with coverage, training, and program coordination.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social/human services, or a closely related field.
AND
At least three (3) years of increasingly responsible technical or professional-level program experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.
OR
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per workweek.
- Occasional after-hours or overtime work may be required.
- Travel for training sessions, committee meetings, and other events, including overnight travel or travel in inclement weather, may be required to outlying counties.
- Frequent contact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Frequent phone and in-person contact with people who may be facing challenging life circumstances, highly stressful situations, or trauma, including people who are angry, hostile, confused, or frustrated.
- Long periods of sitting or standing at a computer may be required.
- Regular use of the following equipment: telephone, OJD-assigned computer with multiple monitors, copy machine, fax machine, and scanner.
