Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Assist with employee relations issues including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and providing guidance to managers and employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Physical Demands
The Human Resources Coordinator may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift up to 25 pounds.
