Job description

Rigert Elite Gymnastics is looking for a positive, dependable, and versatile team member to join our staff in a role that may include recreational coaching, front office support, or a combination of both depending on experience, availability, and gym needs.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children and families, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive, family-oriented gym. We are especially interested in candidates who are open to helping in multiple areas of the gym and who are looking for opportunities to grow their hours and responsibilities over time.

Recreational Coaching Responsibilities May Include:

  • Coaching preschool and school-age recreational gymnastics classes
  • Teaching foundational gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging way
  • Helping children build confidence, coordination, and basic gymnastics technique
  • Assisting with camps, open gyms, birthday parties, or other programs as needed

Front Office Responsibilities May Include:

  • Greeting families and providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Answering phones, emails, and questions from current and prospective families
  • Assisting with enrollments, trial registrations, and account questions
  • Helping support daily office organization and gym operations

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children and/or in customer service preferred
  • Gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, preschool, teaching, or youth leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable, professional, and positive
  • Comfortable multitasking and working with both children and families
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Schedule:
Part-time afternoon, evening, and some weekend hours available. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to combine coaching and front office hours for a more expanded schedule.

Pay:
Hourly pay based on experience and role fit.
