HR Administrator II Security Clearance Required

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to provide intermediate-level HR support across multiple functions. This role is responsible for benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and compliance tracking. The position operates with limited supervision and contributes to the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, scheduling, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
  • Track and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist with policy implementation and communicate updates to employees in a clear and professional manner.
  • Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on HR procedures and resources.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Partner with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience OR a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, compliance, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in benefits administration or recruitment coordination.
