Job description

The Website Manager & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance, optimization, and ongoing management of all company websites and digital properties. This position ensures that websites remain current, visually appealing, functional, secure, search-engine optimized, and aligned with the company's branding and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines technical website expertise with creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to support business growth, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Create, update, and maintain company websites and landing pages.
  • Ensure websites are functioning properly and provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify and correct errors, broken links, outdated content, and functionality issues.
  • Coordinate website hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and platform updates.
  • Monitor website security and implement best practices to protect company assets.

Content Management

  • Upload and manage website content including text, images, videos, blogs, forms, and downloadable resources.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to publish new content and announcements.
  • Maintain consistency of messaging across all digital platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and lead generation.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Create landing pages and web assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate websites with CRM systems, lead capture forms, email marketing platforms, and automation tools.
  • Support social media and digital advertising initiatives through website optimization and tracking.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, developers, and marketing partners when necessary.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website performance metrics including traffic, conversions, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Prepare monthly reports outlining website performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all websites reflect the company's professional image and branding standards.
  • Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands, locations, and affiliated businesses.
  • Assist in the development of new websites and digital properties as the organization grows.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Web Development, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing business websites.
  • Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar content management systems.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization tools.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with website hosting environments and domain management.
  • Experience integrating websites with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
