DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CREW (Non-Driving, Seasonal)

As a DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CREW member, you'll be an essential part of our warehouse team which transports, delivers, and supports event deliveries and setups. As a leading organization in the local event industry for 30 years, Montana Party Rentals prides itself on offering customers high quality service and rentals for a wide range of events. While we serve clients across the state of Montana and beyond, our reach typically includes Big Sky, Paradise Valley, and the greater Gallatin Valley region.
The MPR DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CREW work with team members to deliver, install, and strike furniture and other rental items. This position entails transporting rental items and delivering them to various sites and venues across southwest Montana. These team members are the face of our company during the delivery process and the last impression customers have of MPR, so it is important they are friendly, helpful, and professional. Because we are in the service and hospitality industry, excellent client interactions are what we strive for with this role. When not actively out in the field, they work at our warehouse to prepare for future jobs and care for returned inventory. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CREW also ensure workspaces and vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained. Working professionally and safely, they are detail oriented and strive to offer our customers the highest quality rentals and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take and follow directions from WAREHOUSE LEAD and DELIVERY DRIVERS for deliveries and strikes
  • Deliver, set up, and breakdown furniture and other rentals for customers during delivery and pick up process
  • Positively interact with and assist customers at job sites/venues in a helpful and professional manner
  • Protect inventory through appropriate use of material handling and proper loading of trucks
  • Inspect all inventory upon pickup for stains, damage, and/or missing pieces and communicate any findings with DEPARTMENT LEAD
  • Check in and clean all returned warehouse inventory from jobs
  • Accurately fill out necessary records and paperwork
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, quality, and accurate inventory of items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and company vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES
  • Flexible schedule required (including weekends)
  • Customer service focused
  • Capability to work well as a team
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to work in time sensitive situations
  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs.
  • Work and stand for extended periods of time

*$300 Signing Bonus paid after 90 days of full employment*
