Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking an Adobe Engineer to manage and optimize Adobe Experience Platform implementations. The role involves configuring customer profiles, developing API-based audience management, and collaborating with teams to enhance marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Configure and manage AEP schemas, datasets, and data flows to build unified customer profiles.
โ€ข Implement and maintain data ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch data sources.
โ€ข Develop and deploy API-based audience creation and activation using AEP RT-CDP.
โ€ข Automate audience workflows and enable real-time data synchronization with downstream platforms.
โ€ข Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to design scalable REST API-based integrations for audience delivery.
โ€ข Design and operationalize event-driven customer journeys leveraging AJO Decisioning capabilities.
โ€ข Configure decision rules, eligibility logic, and offer hierarchies for personalized experiences.
โ€ข Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
โ€ข Document solutions, integration blueprints, and workflows to support ongoing platform maturity.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing Technology, or related field.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in Adobe Teck stack either in Adobe campaign, CDP
โ€ข Minimum 2+ projects hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and operations.
โ€ข Proven expertise in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) segmentation, Audience, profile activation, Configuration, Realtime events _ mobile /web, websDK integration
โ€ข Hands-on experience with API-based audience creation and management.
โ€ข Minimum 2+ Projects hands-on implementation of Adobe Journey optimizer
โ€ข Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer, AJO-D, journeys creation & integration, and offers decisioning.
โ€ข Experience with Adobe I/O, REST APIs, JSON, and XDM schemas.
โ€ข Understanding of data governance, identity resolution, and customer data pipelines.
โ€ข Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Workfront, AEM, CJA.
Preferred:
โ€ข Adobe Certified Expert in AEP / RT-CDP / AJO-D.
โ€ข Knowledge of real-time data streaming (Kafka, Adobe Edge Network).
โ€ข Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
โ€ข Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
