Job description

Essential Functions

  1. Deliver workforce readiness curriculum to participants with a wide variety of learning styles and needs in classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning environments.
  2. Adapt pre-approved lesson plans and curriculum to meet the diverse needs of program participants while maintaining program fidelity.
  3. Support participant recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment goals by collaborating with team members to coordinate and facilitate participant screenings and interviews.
  4. Monitor participant progress toward workforce readiness benchmarks and outcomes by maintaining accurate and timely progress notes, daily logs, timesheets, individual planning activities, and other required documentation.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, and workforce development stakeholders to support program success and participant employment opportunities.
