This Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key contributor to Quadbridge's growth strategy by generating leads, driving new qualified pipeline opportunities, and acquiring net new customers (NFAs). You will support territory Account Managers and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to maximize campaign performance and outreach effectiveness.

This role reports directly to the Senior Business Development Manager, and you'll be part of a fast-paced, focused, and high-energy team

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive qualified pipeline opportunities for territory Account Managers.
  • Execute cold outreach via Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Support marketing campaigns by engaging prospects and driving performance.
  • Book qualified meetings and maintain consistent outreach activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Manage sequences and day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development,ย sales or customer service.ย 
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and resilient.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and collaborative approach.
