The Opportunity
The AAA Accelerator, founded by Liam Ottley, is seeking a Development Coach to mentor our community of AI entrepreneurs in creating and delivering effective technical solutions for their AI Automation Agencies. As a Development Coach, you'll lead workshops, engage in our community channels, and deliver personalized coaching calls, sharing your expertise to help members build automations, troubleshoot code, and meet client needs. This is your chance to drive the technical success of a fast-growing program shaping the future of AI entrepreneurship. We're looking for a development expert who lives and breathes building solutions-someone with professional experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. While AI knowledge is a bonus, your proven ability to coach technical skills is what will empower our members to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Live Coaching & Training
  • Host coach-led workshops, providing expert training on different aspects of development.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching calls to refine members' problems within the development field.

Community Engagement & Support
  • Actively participate in community channels answering questions and offering expert offer development related advice.

Development Strategy
  • Help members on the right track when they get stuck on developing a product/service.
  • Guide members to use the right platforms for the project.
  • Help analyze potential roadblocks that might arise from a project they are planning on building.

Collaboration & Program Growth
  • Work closely with Success Managers and leadership team to align coaching with member needs.
  • Offer feedback to improve outreach resources and workshops, enhancing program effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
-Proven experience in software development or automation engineering, ideally with a track record of building solutions in a professional setting (e.g., SaaS, client projects).
-Deep expertise in development skills: coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript), working with APIs, building automations with tools like Zapier or Make, and debugging technical issues.
-Experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in development or technical skills, preferably in an entrepreneurial or startup context.
-Strong teaching skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide actionable steps for workshops and calls.
-Familiarity with development tools and platforms, such as GitHub, Postman, or no-code solutions to guide members effectively.
-A proactive, problem-solving approach, with excellent communication skills to support members at varying skill levels.
-Understanding of project scoping and delivery to teach client-ready solutions.
-Passion for helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into functional, market-ready automations.
-Bonus: Knowledge of AI or automation industries (e.g., AI APIs, machine learning basics), though your development expertise is the priority.
