Stefanini is looking for a Data Entry Clerk  in Parma, ID 83660


Responsibilities:

  • Data entry operator for global residue database.

Education: 

  • High School diploma or equivalency acceptable. 

 

Key skill: 

  • 2 years data entry experience. 
  • Experience with excel/access spreadsheets 
  • Ability to work with Internet applications. 
  • Very good organizational skills. 
  • Detailed oriented. o Ability to work independently. 
  • Double checks/confirms data entry values. 
  • 2 solid years of working with computer applications such as Microsoft office. 
  • Preference will be given to candidate with Agricultural experience and/or chemistry

Duties:

  • Enter data into the data base and compare data with source documents. Receives residue reports and other chemistry information from various format (hard copy/e-copy) for preparation and entry into the data base. 
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. 
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors. 
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work. 
  • Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
