Duties include but are not limited to:
Use internal computer programs to open, track and process escrow transactions in a timely manner.
Upload documents to the Document Management System (DMS).
Read and interpret data on scanned contracts and inputs relevant data into internal processing systems.
Order and distribute documents/letters to all necessary parties.
Scan incoming documents into internal system upon receipt, if applicable.
Communicate regularly with all persons involved in an escrow transaction and co-workers.
Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions.
Works individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.
Professional advocate who creates a positive company experience with customers, business associates, vendors and fellow employees. Treats others with respect and courtesy.
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet continuous deadlines and coordination between all persons involved with escrow transactions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player. Possesses the ability to handle difficult or demanding clients.
Continuous alertness, concentration and attention to detail.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One-year office experience preferred.
Knowledge of title process or escrow process is helpful.
Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel).

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
