Job description


As an Individual Contributor, this role supports Commercial Banking operations through the accurate maintenance of customer, loan, and account information, document administration, records management, and operational support functions. The position contributes to the efficient execution of established processes by ensuring information is complete, accurate, organized, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements, Bank policies, and departmental procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Loan and Account Administration: Maintains customer, borrower, guarantor, loan, and account information within designated systems, including the creation, updating, verification, and processing of records. Supports established workflows by ensuring information is accurate, complete, and entered in a timely manner.
  • Document and Records Management: Maintains electronic and physical customer files, document repositories, and recordkeeping systems. Reviews, indexes, uploads, archives, and organizes documentation while ensuring compliance with record retention and confidentiality requirements.
  • Quality Control and Compliance Support: Reviews approved loan documentation and related information for completeness, accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to established policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Identifies discrepancies, coordinates corrections with appropriate parties, and supports audit, examination, and regulatory review activities.
  • Reporting and Data Maintenance: Gathers, verifies, compiles, and maintains information from multiple sources to support regulatory, management, Board, and departmental reporting requirements. Generates routine reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative materials using information from Bank systems and databases.
  • Operational and Customer Support: Assists Commercial Banking teams with research requests, servicing activities, document administration, records maintenance, financial information support activities, and operational support functions. Responds to inquiries, researches documentation issues, resolves routine discrepancies, and escalates concerns as appropriate.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, clerical, data entry, customer service or related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in accuracy & efficiency, communication, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, data entry, organization, problem solving, records management, quality control, technology literacy, and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines. Must be detail oriented with ability to review documents for completeness, identify discrepancies, and follow established procedures. Effective team player, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and Bank information.
