Position: Accounts Payable professional/Bookkeeper (part-time)
Work Location: Newark, NJ 07114
Pay rate: $22.00/hr
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: Flexible schedule – option to work either 3 or 5 days per week, 24 hours per week
Dress Code: jeans and sneakers, casual
 
Job Description:
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review, code, and enter invoices
  • Assist with vendor communications and inquiries
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the accounting team with general bookkeeping tasks as needed
 
Qualifications:
  • Prior Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping experience required
  • Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is a plus
  • Experience with Mineral Tree (third-party invoice processing system) is a plus
