Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production staff, coordinating workflows, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing supervisory experience who can motivate teams, improve processes, and drive operational performance.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily production activities and support manufacturing operations
  • Lead, train, and develop production employees to achieve performance goals
  • Coordinate staffing, workflow, scheduling, and production priorities
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time delivery performance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Track production metrics and analyze departmental performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures
  • Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed
  • Collaborate with departments including Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain
  • Maintain organized work areas, equipment, and inventory controls

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience leading assembly, production, or manufacturing teams
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization principles
  • Experience using ERP systems and production reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and KPI tracking
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
