POSITION TITLE: Production Supervisor

**Position Summary:

**

Alinabal is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and provide leadership to production employees. This position is responsible for supporting safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives while ensuring production schedules and customer requirements are met.

The Production Supervisor will coordinate workflow, develop employees, monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational and equipment issues, and work collaboratively with other departments to support overall manufacturing objectives.

**Responsibilities:

**

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

  • Review production schedules and adjust workflow and staffing priorities as needed to meet customer requirements.

  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and development to production employees.

  • Promote cross-training to improve operational flexibility, proficiency, and safety.

  • Ensure compliance with company safety requirements, quality standards, policies, and applicable manufacturing procedures.

  • Monitor production output, downtime, efficiency, and other key performance indicators.

  • Identify and assist in resolving equipment, material, tooling, and production-process issues.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other manufacturing functions to resolve operational concerns.

  • Support preventative maintenance activities for production equipment and tooling.

  • Lead and support Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

**Skills and Experience:

**

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or production leadership experience.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and employee-development skills.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes; experience with press operations or similar equipment preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, job travelers, and work instructions.

  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.

  • Experience using manufacturing or production-tracking systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Frequently required to move throughout the manufacturing floor, including walking, standing, and bending for extended periods.

  • Occasionally required to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Exposure to manufacturing conditions such as noise, heat, cold, dust, and moving mechanical parts.
