As a Production Floater, you'll operate and monitor production equipment, keep machines running efficiently, and help produce safe, high-quality bakery products. You'll play an important role in maintaining our food safety, product quality, and workplace safety standards every day.

Schedule
Our bakery operates 24 hours a day, six days a week, with Fridays off. New team members must be flexible with shift assignments until they qualify for an open position or earn a preferred shift through seniority.
Most employees work 8- to 12-hour shifts and are scheduled for at least 40 hours per week, with additional overtime available.

Physical Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
  • Lift and stack materials weighing up to 25 pounds overhead on a repetitive basis.
  • Push and pull heavy pan carts throughout the bakery.
  • Lift ingredient bags and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform physical tasks throughout your shift in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Work comfortably in both hot and cold conditions, including warmer production areas during the summer months.
Employment Requirements
  • Successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screen.
  • Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding) to support workplace safety and team communication.
  • Complete a 60-day probationary period, during which your performance, attendance, and overall job performance will be evaluated.
  • Maintain perfect attendance throughout the 60-day probationary period, as attendance is a critical requirement for successful completion of probation.
