Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, learn new skills, and build a long-term manufacturing career? Join a leading packaging manufacturer in Adams, WI. Become a key part of a team producing high-quality corrugated products. No machine operating experience required. If you can read a tape measure, lift up to 50 lbs, and are ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Shift:

1st Shift: 7am-3pm

2nd: 3pm - 11pm

3rd: 11pm - 7am

Pay: $20.46/hr on 1st Shift, $21.21/hr on 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Job Duties of a Production Helper:

  • Assist with machine setup and operation
  • Load, stack, push, and offload corrugated materials
  • Help ensure materials are properly fed into machines
  • Make machine adjustments as directed
  • Monitor product quality and production standards
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and organization
