What does a Production Operator do?

Team up with us as we create a unique product that helps many industries like Trane, General Electric, Polaris and Indian Motorcycles make their specialty products.

We do this by a variety of tasks ranging from running machines to pulling inventory items. We focus on the employee's mental and physical safety by rotating work stations multiple times throughout the day, keeping them engaged and energized.

Working Conditions

As a production worker, the majority of working hours will be spent standing and working with various equipment which requires the use of personal protective equipment. Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
