We specialize in catering, cooking classes, and private chef services, and we’re all about creating exceptional dining experiences. Whether you’re just starting out or have some kitchen experience under your belt, this is your chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Prep Cook at Crave Cuisine, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Depending on the shift, your responsibilities may include:

Prep Shift Responsibilities:
  • Following prep lists created by our chefs.
  • Measuring ingredients and seasonings accurately for cooking.
  • Preparing ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
  • Demonstrating basic cooking knowledge (e.g., reducing sauces, parboiling foods).
  • Maintaining a clean and organized prep area and kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash.
  • Ensuring all food and supplies are properly stored and labeled.
Event Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Helping load and unload the catering truck.
  • Following the Chef's instructions on kitchen setup.
  • Assembling hors d’oeuvres and plating entrées and desserts.
  • Assisting with cleaning up the kitchen after events.
