We serve elevated comfort food with a twist, from our famous mac & cheese and handcrafted paninis to homemade custard and family-friendly daily specials. Job description

• Prepare ingredients according to Out & Out recipes and standards

• Chop, portion, batch, label, and rotate product (FIFO)

• Maintain clean, organized, food-safe prep areas

• Support kitchen and catering teams as needed

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

• Work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced kitchen

• Kitchen or prep experience helpful, not required

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and help where needed
