  • Temp-to-Hire position

  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 03:00pm)

A floater employee must be detail-oriented, a fast learner, and an excellent communicator to handle various tasks and escalate concerns as needed

.•Assisting in various production areas

.•Keep in good communication within departments.

•Assist other departments and assist with production bottlenecks

.•Keep working environment clean and organized

.•General maintenance and cleanup at the end of every day

.•Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data

.•Examine completed workpieces for defects and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws.

.•Comply with all OSHA and company safety ules.

•And all other duties requested by management

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Production floater Qualifications:

• Must be able to complete these requirements with or without accommodation. • Good hand/eye Dexterity.

Repeatedly grasp, push/pull, or perform other manipulations of the hand, arm, and fingers.

• Frequently bend, stoop, squat or twist. • Frequently stand or walk.

• Frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

• must be able to communicate with others, as well as be able to receive communication from others including reading and writing.

• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
