Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you'll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You'll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment.
This is a second-shift (evening) position working on Packaging 54 that requires reliability, strong collaboration, and an interest in working with advanced automation and technology.
Responsibilities
You contribute to achieving the company's objectives through the following actions:
• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can:
• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)
• Make quick decisions, even under pressure
• Provide practical, concrete solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Exhibit collaborative leadership
