About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Solutions Manager to proactively identify challenges across our organization and develop the right solutions to solve them, whether that's process improvement, automation, custom tools, or AI. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to understand their pain points, scope requirements, and deliver practical solutions that drive operational efficiency, support investment decisions, and enable market growth.

The Key: you approach problems with an AI-centric mindset, always considering where AI and emerging technologies could create breakthrough improvements, while staying grounded in what actually solves the problem best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively go out across the organization to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Own the whole project cycle including scoping, requirement gathering, documentation, launch, and training
  • Recommend and implement solutions whether it’s process changes, automations, custom tools, or AI applications
  • Collaborate with our software, IT, and data science teams on more technical implementations
  • Evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies to understand capabilities, limitations, value and costs to inform the product and AI roadmap
  • Measure and track ROI and time savings from deployed solutions
  • Iterate on solutions based on user feedback and changing needs
  • Triage and manage incoming product requests
  • Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders clearly and regularly
  • Conduct QA on products you ship and existing products under active iteration

Who You Are:

Required:

  • 2 years of experience in requirements gathering, product management, business analysis, or scoping tech solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and structured thinking
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Curious and excited to experiment with new tools and approaches, especially AI, with the ability to pick them up quickly
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with product/project management or process improvement methodologies

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code platforms
  • Basic technical skills (Python, APIs, data analysis)

Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Proactively identifying opportunities where AI could create competitive advantage
  • Surfacing problems across the org before they're escalated
  • Delivering solutions with measurable impact: saving time, improving efficiency, and supporting investment decisions and market growth
  • Other teams come to you before pursuing their own software solutions
  • Clear documentation and communication of problem scopes and solutions
  • Building trust as a go-to person for solving operational challenges
  • High satisfaction from teams you support
