We are evolving toward a composable, AI-driven ERP platform, and we are looking for a Product Owner - Sourcing & Demand (S&D) to play a key role in this transformation.


Position Summary

As a Product Owner, you will own and drive the evolution of our Wholesale Sourcing & Demand system, covering forecasting, demand planning, order lifecycle, and supply chain alignment.

You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring delivery of scalable, data-driven, and high-impact product capabilities. This role requires a strong balance of business understanding (retail/wholesale) and technical fluency (data, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled workflows).


Responsibilities

    Product Ownership & Delivery

    • Own and manage the product backlog for Sourcing & Demand, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business priorities
    • Define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
    • Lead Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
    • Ensure backlog readiness and predictable sprint execution

    Business & Stakeholder Alignment

    • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into scalable product solutions
    • Drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies across multiple systems and teams

    Functional & Technical Specification

    • Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications aligned with business objectives and system architecture
    • Ensure requirements address data integrity, system scalability, performance, and security
    • Support integrations with ERP, WMS, OMS, Finance, and external partner systems

    AI & Data-Driven Product Development

    • Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance backlog quality, analysis, and documentation
    • Contribute to AI-driven capabilities such as demand forecasting insights, recommendation engines, and workflow automation
    • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enable data-driven decision-making and personalization

    Integration & Platform Thinking

    • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and composable ERP strategy
    • Work with APIs, microservices, and data flows to enable seamless cross-product integration
    • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on system design and scalability

    Quality, Testing & Continuous Improvement

    • Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios and support UAT cycles
    • Monitor product performance through metrics, user feedback, and operational data
    • Continuously improve product quality, usability, and performance

    User Experience & Workflow Optimization

    • Contribute to improving user experience and operational workflows
    • Ensure solutions are efficient, intuitive, and role-based for wholesale users


    Qualifications

    Education & Certification

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is an asset

    Knowledge & Experience

    • 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in enterprise software
    • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
    • Handson experience in wholesale systems, sales forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain
    • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
    • Familiarity with ERP, EDI, and OMS integration workflows
    • Prior experience writing clear business and technical requirements
    • Exposure to retail/wholesale software modules (Merchandising, Forecasting, Order Management)
    • Experience collaborating with remote or crossregional teams

    • 5 ans et plus d'experience comme Product Owner ou Analyste d'affaires en logiciels d'entreprise
