Ce que nous recherchons

Une personne dynamique et passionnee, dotee d'une grande capacite a collaborer, a ecouter et a traduire les besoins en solutions concretes mais aussi a challenger les hypotheses d'un client avec assurance et credibilite. Tu as au moins cinq ans d'experience comme Responsable Produit (Product Owner) dans un environnement Agile (Scrum, Kanban ou Lean), idealement acquise en studio, en agence ou en conseil, ou tu as livre des produitsfrom scratch pour des clients externes. Une certification PSPO, PMI-ACP ou equivalente est un atout.

Tes responsabilites

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec nos clients pour recueillir, cadrer et definir leurs besoins;
  • Cadrer la valeur d'affaires d'un mandat et challenger les hypotheses du client pour orienter les bonnes decisions;
  • Agir comme interlocuteur credible aupres de dirigeants (C-level);
  • Definir le produit minimum viable (MVP) et piloter sa livraison sous contraintes de temps et de budget;
  • Definir et communiquer la feuille de route (roadmap) du produit;
  • S'assurer que l'equipe de developpement partage une vision commune du produit;
  • Rediger les user stories et les valider avec les parties prenantes;
  • Gerer et prioriser le backlog de produit en mode Agile;
  • Faciliter les ceremonies Agile (revue de sprint, demo, retrospective, etc.);
  • Collaborer avec les equipes de design produit pour valider les hypotheses et ajuster la vision du produit.
