Summary
OneStream is seeking product leaders to drive innovation and achieve 100% customer success. As a Product Manager, you will leverage business acumen and market insights to identify usability features, prioritize enhancements, and contribute to business cases. You will articulate product goals, key customer needs, and project purpose, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that make OneStream easy to use and manage. You will be hands-on with the OneStream platform, gaining deep expertise in our unified CPM solution, cloud services, and associated domains. You will own product areas, guide development, and enable stakeholders through documentation and training.
In this role, the Product Manager will support the evolution of OneStream's Solution Exchange and broader Solution Network ecosystem, helping deliver scalable marketplace and partner-enabled experiences that drive customer adoption and engagement. The role partners closely across Product, Engineering, Platform, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Partner teams to prioritize enhancements, support roadmap execution, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned to OneStream's long-term platform strategy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for OneStream's Solution Exchange and its evolution into an AI-powered enterprise marketplace.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day product contact for cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Presales, Partner Programs, Legal, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Define and track success measures and KPIs related to adoption, quality, delivery predictability, and ecosystem health.
  • Articulate product goals, key customer needs, and project purpose.
  • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and design, understanding technical concepts enough to contribute meaningfully.
  • Manage Dev, QA, and Scrum Master interactions; lead Sprint reviews and answer questions from internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer and partner groups, translate stakeholder feedback into functional requirements, build personas, and articulate user needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product and domain knowledge; navigate within the product and answer questions on current functionality
  • Communicate plans clearly to immediate teams (Dev, QE, UX); present updates.
  • Collaborate with immediate and adjacent teams (AI, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Model good practice and mentor BAs; aid QA education of product knowledge in their field.
  • Seek out feedback and adapt; continuously look for learning opportunities and take on new projects.
  • Define problems/bugs, prioritize fixes, and manage trade-offs at feature level.
  • Execute on roadmap, advise and prioritize features, refine requirements, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Lead sprint work, support story writing, lead refinement, sprint reviews, prepare enablement materials, manage backlog, ensure on-time delivery.
  • Deliver enablement materials and collaborate with commercialization.
  • Own features and ensure optimal customer utilization.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technical Product roles, , solutions delivery, business analysis, training, finance, accounting and documentation management.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex, multi-phase product roadmaps for B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern web platforms, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience with marketplaces, partner ecosystems, developer platforms, or enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with identity, entitlements, licensing, and access management models.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, monetization models, and subscription or usage-based billing.
  • Experience with AI-enabled product features (search, recommendations, automation) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in finance, CPM, or enterprise data platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Office 365, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience using AI tools: Cursor, Claude, CoPilot, and Figma Make.
  • Familiarity with flow chart software (Visio, Draw.io, Miro).
  • Product Manager Certification (PMC) a plus; CPA or MBA a plus.
