The Business Development Director drives Solarbridge’s global expansion through strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and key account management. You’ll represent our American-made brand and build long-term client relationships across the solar and energy storage markets.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new B2B partnerships and project opportunities.

Develop go-to-market strategies for Solarbridge products.

Lead contract negotiations and customer onboarding.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align on customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of experience in solar, ESS, or industrial B2B sales.

Strong network in renewable energy markets.

Proven track record of closing large-scale deals.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
